Amy Lahmers is Founder & President at FlourishesConsulting, an experienced woman-owned business providing HR guidance and people strategy to help you build an equipped, aligned team—so you can move your mission forward with confidence. Prior to launching FlourishesConsulting, she spent more than 20 years in higher education, healthcare, non-profit leadership, and consulting roles. Amy earned a Master of Science degree from Miami University (Ohio), a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and is a Prosci certified change management practitioner. Amy is an executive/organizational coach for The Ohio State University Alumni Association’s Coaching Referral Program.
